シェリー＆スイートは、蒸留所内12年限定のシングルモルトの一つです。その名の通り、シェリー樽で熟成させたアフターモルトを使用しています。濃い琥珀色。香りは樽の年数に由来するものです。黒糖、キャラメル、ブニール、エスプレッソコーヒー...。米の旨みも感じられます。力強さと優しさを兼ね備え、エレガントな印象を与えてくれる.信じられないほどの贅沢。
